IdeasAmerica annually recognizes the best ideas submitted from employees of its organizational members.  In 2016, more than 200 ideas were submitted from around the world for consideration.   Our international awards program is designed to recognize employee involvement professional and idea programs for their achievements. The Idea of the Year and the Evaluator of the Year Awards recognize employee participation in suggestion programs.

Each award winner will be recognized at the IdeasAmerica Annual Training Summit, also in the IA Ideas & Inspirations newsletter, and on the IA website. A print press release will be provided for each recipient. Awards will be made in one or more of the Award Categories listed below.
